How To Scale Your Social Media Marketing Agency To 10kMonth

what’s going and welcome back to a new video for those of you that are new to the channel my name is joshua dangle george a social media marketer and online coach and for those of you that are not new to the channel and you may be wondering you know what this change of scenery is i’m currently staying in the marriott in in rotterdam my hotel in rotterdam and i just wanted to quickly record this video for you guys regarding the strategy that you need to implement in order to get to 10k a month and why that differs from the strategy that we teach and that we show and that we’re using ourselves you know to get up to 50k a month and beyond it’s all got to do with the assets that you can leverage in order to get to where you want to go so when you’re just starting out obviously you cannot invest a lot of funds you know a lot of your financial assets into outsourcing into software into paid traffic and that is when you need to start looking at okay what can you leverage what can you use to get to the point to where you want to be and that is when you’re starting out you know that is time so you need to start leveraging your time to get to the next point then once you’re at the point of you know 10k a month you know you’ve been able to streamline some of the processes in the business that is when you can start removing yourself from the business removing yourself from certain processes and systems in the business to you know to basically scale further because the systems that you’ll use to get from 0 to 10k will not be the same and will not work to get you from 10k to 50k okay so if you’re doing everything manually you know from zero to 1k you know you’re really in the trenches you are really grinding it out to get you know your fair few clients on their belt to get up to 10k a month you can’t do that to get up to 50k you can’t do all the process manually to get up to 50k okay it won’t be feasible you’ll become the bottleneck of your business of your company and you will not be able to get to like i said 50k or the point so where you want to get to you know not everyone wants to get up to 50k okay so what you need to do is you need to leverage your time so when you’re starting out yes you will need to do it manually yes you know you will need to put in the time and the effort because you know i know a lot of the gurus try and make it seem out like it’s you know it’s easy it’s passive and you can do it you know within two hours a day or something like that that is not the case when you are starting out you need to put in a lot of time and a lot of effort to get your your first few clients you like when people join our pay programs and we show them the hybrid outreach system and they realize how many people we reach out to on a daily basis you know when we say that we are reaching out to 300 businesses a day they are shocked like they didn’t realize that’s how much um you know outreach or how many businesses it takes to get your fears for your appointments to get your first few calls booked to get your first few clients okay so there’s a lot of effort that goes into when you’re just starting out into like i said getting those first appointments booked and those first few clients then once you get beyond that point you know once you’ve got some income coming in you’ve got some cash flow in your company in your business that is when you can start looking at ways to streamline it ways to remove yourself ways to no longer have to do things manually so what you do to get from 0 to 10k is not the same as from 10k to 50k and that is why i am no longer practicing what i preach i am no longer doing the manual outreach even though that is what i teach i show you guys the hybrid outreach system in our paid traffic programs yes we still use to a certain extent but we rely heavily on paid traffic and when you’re just on out like i said you can’t use the paid traffic you can you can try it but like i said you haven’t really got a lot of funds available and if you know your numbers and it’s costing you like like let’s say 300 euros a call booked that is going to be you know a big investment when you’re just starting out it might not be an investment that you want to do or feel comfortable with okay and now before you guys say oh well just because i am not up and running yet doesn’t mean i’ve got all the time in the world you know just because i haven’t got a few clients doesn’t mean that i’ve got all this time to invest into the manual outreach but you just need to think to yourself how bad do you want this how bad do you really want to build this agency you know because if there’s a will there’s a way if you really want to build up an agency and get up to 10k a month it’s possible it’s not rocket science in fact it’s quite easy but you know you do need to put in the effort you do need to be in the trenches you do need to put in the work put in those reps and we’ve got people in our pay programs seriously guys that have that have built up a 10k a month agency alongside the university degree alongside a full-time job alongside being you know a stand-alone parent and having to raise a kid alongside just having kids in general alongside you know being in a relationship and so on and so forth you know those are not really excuses if you really want so i’m just going to move over uh to my other army because my other arm is here and i can see that i’m shaking the camera but if you really want to guys you know you can make this work and you know you can find the way to make the time to you know make all of this possible because like i said it’s not hard guys it’s not rocket science but you do need to put in the way you do need to put in the efforts and then once you get up to 10k a month that is when you can start having fun that is when you can start looking into ways to streamline it and to remove yourself from the process so if you despise outreach you do not like it you know it drains your energy and you just hate doing the outreach manually you can place a system there to do the outreach for you if you do not like to do the sales well then you can outsource the sales for a percentage of the retainer without it eating into your budget too much if you don’t want to do anyone manual outreach at all then you can look into paid traffic and so on and so forth okay so there’s a saying that i think is very applicable for a situation like this that is grind your way to 10k and then lays your way to 50k so when you’re just starting out you it that’s going to be the hardest period in your agency so now when i look at my day-to-day tasks you’ll be surprised how little i actually do i say this you know i manage 25 clients and i’m done within 90 minutes each and every day it could be less you know if i really just wanted to check in and make sure all the clients accounts are up and running you know all the ads are still profitable i could be doing within an hour obviously you know i really do focus on getting my clients results so it takes me about 90 minutes every single day and i’m doing the entire back end guys like i said 25 clients i am managing i am running all of the ads i don’t outsource the ads anymore i do the ads myself so 25 clients and like i said 90 minutes two hours a day let’s say when i was just starting out i was working like 10 hours 12 hours a day on the agency i was doing so much and now just as much as being done in fact we’re probably doing more than ever but it’s not me that’s doing it we’ve got systems we’ve got processes we’ve got paid traffic so every single day we’re getting like five six seven calls booked and then from there you know we qualified and we cancel a few we continue with a few we investigate a few and so on and so forth but that is not me doing it like i said it’s the paid traffic it’s our appointment setters it’s our hybrid outreach system it’s the emails that we’re sending it’s all of that doing you know the way for us and you can only get to that point once you’re up and running you know once you’ve got money to invest to remove yourself from the process because if i had to pick up team money and time i would always invest money to save time because time is your most viable asset as cheesy and as cringy as i sound and it is i understand that but you know you can spend the money and you can get it back but you can never get back time once time is spent that’s it it’s gone it’s gone forever and you can’t you know you can’t recoup it you can’t get it back so i will always try and invest as much money as possible so i can save my time but when you’re starting out obviously that is not as much of a of a of a debate because you’ve got the time but you just haven’t got the money so that is when you need to start doing the manual outreach okay so i hope this makes sense guys i hope you understand where i’m coming from when you are starting out you really will need to put in the work and like i said it’s not hard but it is tedious you will need to put in the reps you will need to put in the time you will need to be in the trenches and then once you’re up and running once you’ve actually got you know everything set up and you’ve got a few clients etc then you can start looking into saying outsource your processor to outsource and so on okay so that is all i’ve got for
